About Project 432

We are all carrying something. Some story, some belief, some experience that shapes how we feel, whether we're aware of it or not. It can pull our nervous system out of balance and away from our natural state of being. Add in the pace of modern life, and it requires a conscious choice to make the space to slow down and give ourselves what we truly need.

Project 432 creates that space to return. Think of it like a concert for your nervous system: live guided journeys of breath, sound, and spoken word that tune you back to balance. We gather in community so what we're holding can move and transmute. Through science and spirit, we allow the body to return to homeostasis and we become more open to receive the next miracle, leading us towards the life we are meant for.

Who we are

Danielle Manon

Danielle bridges two worlds that rarely meet. She's a classically trained pianist and award-winning musician with a bachelor's degree in music, and she's a crystal bowl sound healer. She brings channeling and prayer into the room while she plays. She's passionate about using sound to transform energy and building community through music and the arts.

Joshua Church

Joshua came into this world with a collapsed lung, so breath has been his teacher from day one. Today he's a certified Wim Hof Method instructor and breathwork facilitator who leads events and retreats around the world. He's also a multi-time founder, Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, published author and TEDx speaker. He's passionate about connecting people back to the wisdom their body has to offer.

Together, we blend our passions and gifts to create a space where transformation is possible.

Why 432

Every sound has a frequency and every frequency has a shape.

If you scatter sand on a metal plate and play a frequency, the grains organize into a geometric pattern. Change the note and the pattern changes. This is cymatics, sound you can see.

But sound doesn't just move through the world. It moves the world.

A single note can shatter a glass. Surgeons cut with ultrasonic blades, doctors break up kidney stones with focused sound waves, and scientists have lifted drops of water into midair using nothing but sound. Your body is mostly water. So if sound can organize sand and float water, what is it moving in you?

Everything is vibration. A flower, a stone, a human voice, they all have a signature frequency. Even the Earth has a pulse. Every time lightning strikes, it rings the Schumann resonance, a 7.83 Hz hum between the ground and the sky, right near the slow brain waves of deep meditation.

So why 432?

Many believe masters like Bach, Beethoven and Verdi tuned to 432 Hz, warm, natural and balanced. Then in 1939, an international standard moved modern music up to a sharper 440 Hz.

We choose to tune back.

Tune A to 432 in Pythagorean math and C lands on 256, which is 8 Hz doubled five times, a hair from the Earth's own pulse. And 4 + 3 + 2 makes 9, the number of sacred geometry. The angles inside a triangle, square, pentagon and hexagon all reduce to 9, and 432 is built from 144, the Fibonacci number behind sunflowers and pinecones.

It's a way back to ourselves, back to each other and back to Earth. That's why we build everything on it.
